How the indexes work

  1. 01

Equal weighted: every member counts the same, whatever its size, so Naspers doesn’t drown out Lewis.

  2. 02

Rebalanced daily and rebased to 100 at the start of the period you pick. Price only; dividends are not added back.

  3. 03

A share listed during the period joins from its first trading day. A one-day move of more than 35% is treated as a bad print in the source data and ignored.

  4. 04

Built from delayed closing prices from Yahoo Finance. The 5Y view uses weekly closes.

Artive Capital doesn’t raise outside capital; it only trades and invests Artive’s own, and has no clients. This is a screen we use to decide where to look, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Prices are delayed and third-party data can be wrong; check with your broker before you act.

We don’t take outside money, but we always like talking markets and commerce.
